Instructions
This assignment is to test knowledge and assimilation of course objective five.

This final paper is your opportunity to present your views as to the optimal approaches to prevent terrorist attacks. In this research paper you are to propose both overseas offensive actions to prevent or preempt terrorist attacks, and well as domestic (Homeland) security measures and protocols to effectively counter terrorist attacks. Your paper should be balanced with approximately half of your paper focused on countering terrorism abroad, with the remainder emphasizing how to prevent international terrorists from entering the U.S. or inspiring attacks here at home.
